AOTS offers individual and group therapy, diagnostic services, community building, and family support. Our Group Therapy RST Program includes weekly group therapy sessions in addition to larger group therapy sessions on Fridays. We also offer creative arts therapy on the weekends through our SATURDAYS Program.

If you’d like to become a client, you can start the process by filling out our interest form! Once we receive your submission, we’ll set up your Client Portal with us.

We welcome clients of all ages and backgrounds!
Here at AOTS, we pride ourselves on creating a safe, welcoming and affirming environment for everyone. We offer individual and group services, as well as evaluations to clients ages 3 and up.

To ensure we are able to provide the best possible care, we ask all our potential clients to complete their new client paperwork before scheduling their initial appointment.
This also helps us verify we have all of your insurance and payment information to help avoid any unwanted surprises at your first visit.

All of our clients will set up a Client Portal during the onboarding process using Simple Practice™.
Here, you’ll be able to see all of your upcoming appointments, your contact, insurance and payment information, and any shared or uploaded documents.
You can also use your portal to set up appointment reminders, upload or share documents with your clinician, make payments, and more.

We do not currently have a Psychiatrist on the AOTS team.
Our therapists communicate with outside medical providers about each client’s treatment plan as appropriate, with the clients request and consent.

Our office does not currently offer any bilingual services or provide translator services.
Our clinic is accommodating for anyone who requires a translator or communication devices to be with them during sessions.

We know getting started can be overwhelming or intimidating for many Autistic and neurodivergent individuals.
We always ensure we meet the client where they are and go at a pace that works for everyone.
We encourage any parents having difficulties navigating this to start individual and/or family counseling sessions as a first step!

Please see our list of accepted insurances to see what plans our providers are In-Network with.
Please note, each individual plan can vary. You can call your insurance provider and find out if services with us would be covered.

We are In-Network with Ohio Medicare, Aetna Medicare, and Ohio Medicaid, CareSource OH Medicaid, and Molina OH Medicaid. For any other Medicare or Medicaid managed plans, please call your insurance to find out if we’re In-Network.

Make sure you call your insurance and ask about any Out of Network (OON) benefits you might have (see our section on Calling Insurance).
If you don't have any OON benefits, our team will go over your options with you before scheduling your first appointment.

Please let one of our administrative staff members know whenever there’s a change to your insurance coverage. We’ll need to update your information as soon as possible in order to properly bill your insurance for services.

Yes! You can simply add your HSA or FSA card in your saved payment methods and set it as your default card. You can also note in your settings what kind of card it is.
Our administrative and billing staff are also always available to help clients with changing preferred payment methods.

Unfortunately, our services are not currently covered under Franklin or Delaware County Funding. Because of this, we are not able to bill them directly.
Please contact your case worker if you have any questions regarding the types of services they cover.

Our team is unable to bill any Scholarship directly.
Instead, our team can send you a superbill after you pay for services, which will have the information they need for reimbursing you.
Make sure to mention any scholarship funds during your onboarding process so our team can help you navigate the process.
